EZEseller Prohibited & Restricted Products Policy

At EZEseller, we aim to keep our marketplace safe, fair, and compliant with laws. Sellers are responsible for ensuring their products meet all legal, safety, and policy requirements before listing them on the platform.

1. Policy Violations

Any seller who lists or sells prohibited items may face actions including:

  • Removal of listings

  • Account suspension or termination

  • Restriction or freezing of funds

  • Legal action or reporting to authorities

EZEseller reserves the right to update this list and take necessary actions at any time.

2. Prohibited & Restricted Items

The following categories (including related accessories, services, or information) are not allowed on EZEseller:

  • Weapons & Dangerous Items: Firearms, ammunition, knives, explosives, self-defense sprays, or military/police gear.

  • Hazardous & Illegal Substances: Drugs, toxic chemicals, fireworks, or materials that pose safety risks.

  • Illegal or Offensive Content: Political, extremist, violent, or pornographic materials; hate speech or discrimination-related content.

  • Privacy-Invasive Products: Spy cameras, hacking tools, fake IDs, or data-stealing software.

  • Medical & Pharmaceutical Items: Prescription drugs, injections, or unapproved medical equipment.

  • Unauthorized Services & Documents: Fake certificates, forged documents, lottery tickets, or illegal consulting services.

  • Animals & Wildlife Products: Protected species, animal parts, or hunting tools.

  • Counterfeit or Pirated Goods: Fake branded items, copied software, or products infringing copyrights or trademarks.

  • Virtual & Digital Violations: Unlicensed software, cracked apps, fake online accounts, or unauthorized digital currencies.

  • Other Banned Goods: Expired products, recalled items, unsafe electricals, tobacco, currency, or anything prohibited by law or EZEseller policy.

3. Responsibility

  • Sellers must review and comply with this policy and all local laws. Any item that violates regulations or harms users’ safety or rights will be removed immediately.

    EZEseller may update this policy at any time to reflect new legal or safety requirements.
