EZEseller Refund & Return Policy
At EZEseller, we value customer satisfaction and want you to have confidence in every purchase. Please read our simple refund and return rules below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Buyers may apply for a return or refund through EZEseller in the following cases:

The order was not received.

The item arrived damaged or defective.

The wrong item, size, or color was delivered.

The item is significantly different from the seller’s description.

The buyer and seller mutually agree to a return.
All requests must be submitted via the EZEseller app or website within the allowed return period.
2. Return Process
If requested by EZEseller, buyers must ship the product back to the specified address within 10 calendar days after submitting a return request.
EZEseller will review each request and make the final decision. Once a decision is made, it is final and binding.
3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must respond to refund or return requests within the time specified by EZEseller.

Failure to respond will allow EZEseller to decide the case based on available information.

Sellers are responsible for the return shipping cost if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If the buyer changes their mind, they must obtain the seller’s approval and bear the return shipping cost.
4. Refunds

Refunds are issued after the seller confirms receipt of the returned item. If the seller does not respond in time, EZEseller may refund the buyer directly. Refunds are credited to the buyer’s original payment method (card, wallet, or bank account).
5. Item Condition

Returned products must include all original packaging, accessories, and free gifts. Items should be returned in the same condition as received. Buyers are encouraged to take photos upon delivery for proof of condition.
6. Disputes & Communication
EZEseller encourages direct communication between buyers and sellers to resolve minor issues. If the parties cannot agree, EZEseller will review and make the final decision.
